Law QWE

Hello i’m currently a student in year 12 and I wanted to know if I were to pursue a degree apprenticeship in law, if that would count towards the QWE?

If you were to pursue a solicitor apprenticeship, the final two years would essentially be the equivalent of a training contract and you would at that point be a trainee solicitor. I believe qualifying work experience under the SQE route has to be post-graduation, so until you get your degree, I don't think your work experience under the apprenticeship would count towards QWE. It's four years work experience nonetheless, but if your hope was to qualify as a solicitor faster then I don't believe it would give you QWE before competing your undergraduate degree. It is for this reason that solicitor apprenticeships are 6 years long, because in order to take the SQE in the first place, you must have an undergraduate degree.
