then why don't you apply to student finance?
and see if you are able to ask for student help at your university.
also try and get a job while in university to help

If it’s just UKVI fees then it might be best to borrow from friends/family and then pay it back when you can.
If you need other funds beyond tuition fees then the uni you have the offer for may have a funding page with further info.

Ah, I see. You mean evidence of funds, not an application fee. Have you spoken to the international office at your incoming uni? They can often given UKVI advice.

Where are your living fees coming from?

My living fees is all my savings here in Nigeria, and i already paid in the tuition deposit €4000. But the bal. Of €17,000 of school fees is scheduled for 4installements. This fund needs to be in my account and i don't have them. Does the ukvi allows one to just present pof of only living fees?

My understanding is that you need evidence of funds to pay any outstanding course fees and funds to cover your living costs.

As above, you need to speak to your uni about this though. They should have an international office or an immigration team who can provide qualified advice. UKCI stuff is complicated and few people on TSR have experience with it.
