Weird man at work

I was at work today (I work in retail) and these 2 men and one woman came in together. One guy talked to me as normal but the other had his phone up as if he was taking a pic or filming? As they walked out I saw his phone screen and he did have the camera app open. I didn’t say anything to them but I feel so terrified I’m scared it could make me a target for kidnapping or rape or human trafficking or something
I was sexually harassed and flashed by a man on the street a few months back and I don’t know if this is making me more paranoid than usual
Can someone please tell me if I’m being irrational or not?
