A-Level's or Apprenticeship?

I am aspiring to become a pilot when I am older and I am currently in Year 10. Recently I have trying to make a decision on wether I should do an aircraft engineering apprenticeship after my GCSE's or if I should go on with the traditional way of A-Level's, as for me, I know that I will enjoy the apprenticeship more as it directly target's an aviation related course and wanted to know if anyone could help me decide.

Hi there! I don’t have much knowledge with aviation but I am in year 12 and know a bit about different peoples journeys into different places. I’d say go for both- if you can get an apprenticeship applied to and accepted in that’s brilliant and look at whether there’ll be opportunities to progress after that and the qualification they’re giving you. If all sounds good it’ll be a good place to start. Although a levels are a good qualification to have before degree apprenticeships, and with a levels you can go into multiple things with the subjects you have if you change your mind, or into uni. Good luck! Feel free to ask questions

you could always apply to the apprenticeship and do alevels as a backup in case for whatever reason you don't do the apprenticeship
