Hi. It is possible to change your email address if that is how you registered on the site. Go here and you should see an edit email address field. Fill in your new email and you should get an email to both the old and new email addresses to confirm the change.
If you signed up with Google or Apple login then I'm afraid you can't change the email address from TSR.
