how to practice proof?

im doing yr 13 edexcel maths, what would be the best way to go about getting better at proof type questions? i know generally in maths its about practice but with proof questions should i just memorise certain methods rather than practicing questions or something

With proofs there are common styles that usually appear so with that make sure you understand the steps and place them into a flashcard and memorise ( you can use anki ). As time goes on and you come across weird proofs in past paper questions you can add them to your flashcards.
