Carlton Hill Leeds

So I am 90% sure that I am picking Carlton Hill for my accomodation for uni of leeds and just wanted to know a bit more about people's experiences there.

I saw that in the pictures there is a washing machine in the shared kitchen but just wanted to ask if you have to pay with credits for it or if it is free to use?

Also I want to specify for female only flatmates ie. sharing the kitchen with females only, does anyone know if this is possible with all accomodations at the uni or only specific ones?
