Average speed camera works
First camera going to read my number plate from back and click a picture (maybe or may not be) then I approach two second camera but there is no number plate and camera is facing towards me.
Without any registration plate the camera is not going to calculate anything because they only have one point so second camera is not going to do anything.
That's what I think but I want to be 100%

It appears that you are talking about average speed cameras! One suggestion I have is:-
Stop s-w after the first camera [at least half a mile after], open your lunchbox and savour your meal - then continue your journey - just make sure using simple maths that the total distance between the 2 cameras divided by total time [including the lunch oc] is slower than the speed limit. The councils, who are out to fleece poor drivers out of their money, will not have a leg to stand on lol!!!
