I just got an offer into Birmingham, am an international student. I hoping to get financial aid or student loan to pay my tuition fee. Can I get help or guidance here

Most international students aren't eligible for student loans in the UK. Read the Your nationality and residency status section on the following link:

https://www.gov.uk/student-finance/who-qualifies

You could see if there are any scholarships you could apply for. Check your uni's website and the following website is a good place to start your research:

https://study-uk.britishcouncil.org/scholarships-funding

Alternatively, seek out funding schemes in your home country.
