Freehold covenants problem question land law

Hi, what is the structure I should follow in a freehold covenant problem question in land law. This scenario doesn’t involve any third parties/successors to the title. It seems to be one land owner who sold part of his land to another land owner asking that land owner do/not do some things concerning her land. Therefore I was wondering how I approach this question as I don’t need to talk about passing the burden/benefit at law/equity. What do I talk about? The land owner wants to know whether she can still build on her own lands
