How Do I revise A level History before my exams?

I do AQA 1C and 2O, I'm currently a B grade student and my main problem is retaining factual detail. I have my Tudors exam in 24 days, however 2 different exams prior, and I'm not sure how to go about fully memorising the data efficiently in such short notice.

I have my revision notes and all, just simply unsure how to utilise them to the best I can. Does anyone have any tips?

Flash cards is your best friend. Go through your revision material and make flashcards. I also have problem memorising stuff unless I find it interesting and psychology is a subject I hate and don’t remember nothing, for history my memory is great. So I suggest using flashcards.

Another thing is read cover and write. Basically read over a topic briefly and then cover and write a mind map of all the things you can. You can also do this for like exam questions for history and just branch off ideas around the question. If there is gaps in your knowledge, go back to those topics and learn them again.

Hope this helps

Have you tried explaining the history to yourself aloud? That always worked for me. When you've mastered a section with this method, record yourself and then play it back to yourself.
