questions coming from a secondary student about university

i just wanna know if my thinking makes sense
basically i wanna study in neuroscience (and specifically become a vascular neurologist) so i wanna study at cambridge for medicine
that takes like 6yr
and after i just become a doctor?? when i get a phd? thats right right?
A Ph D or D Phil is a postgraduate degree obtained by conducting research in any academic subject and writing a thesis, a lengthy scholarly text. Most holders of Ph Ds are not medical doctors.

A degree in medicine (MB ChB or variants thereof) usually takes five years to obtain.

Specialisation in a particular field of medicine requires further training over several years while working as a junior doctor.
