Not too confident- Struggling with section A, but Section B is not too bad although a lot to remember + evaluation 💔

I also think it will be either intoxication or non fatal.I think for part A might be on sentencing, jurisdiction of civil/crim courts possibly legal professions/qualifications not sure wbu?

i agree with you, i think that they may go for criminal and civil in part a as that wasn’t there last year but i’m just not sure with section b? maybe like burglary and gross negligence manslaughter ?

For section B I think it will be one question on attempts, I’ve seen on the past papers that an attempts question appears every other year

inshallah this paper goes really well. i feel like evaluation has been narrowed down to either intoxication or oapa. for scenario my teacher said its very likely to be attempts and self defence. section A we jus gotta prepare as much as we can

For evaluations does anyone know if it has to be balanced, do you have to talk about both advantages and disadvantages for section B?? Thanks!!

Reply 19

only disadvantages unless if the question asks you to talk about advantages
