Career change- Quantity Surveyor anyone done the QS Masters?

Hi, I recently found myself working towards being an estimator for a large term maintenance company. I have been studying psychology for Almost 6 years ( finish in 8 days!!)
I have a retail background and stumbled into construction and already have imposter syndrome.
I joined the estimating team 8 months ago and am hoping to become an assistant estimator by the end of the year.
So my question is ( I guess) how achievable is the masters in QS? For someone like myself who came to further Ed later in life.
I had considered a Masters in psychology but have no desire to work in the field and the QS is the closest thing to estimating available and at least it would directly help my career.
Any advice would be appreciated!

Also, how much harder is a Masters than BSc?
