subjects to do for a-level if major in Human, social and political science degree?

I've been conflicting on what subjects to do that would best fit this degree... my choices are History, philosophy, Sociology, Government and Politics or English literature..

Just from the name of the degree I'd say Sociology, Gov & Politics and Philosophy.
However, degrees like this where they don't really have a-level requirements really just look for essay based subjects, so your fine with either. Many of these A-levels arent offered nationwide so they will teach you what you need to know regardless if you took the relevant subjects at A-level
Do have a check if they have module information, and you can maybe tailor the courses better to that instead of just to the name.
