Liverpool John moores pharmacy

Hi I have an offer to study pharmacy at LJMU and I am predicted AAB but I really think I cannot get this and am feeling it will be lower. Does anyone know if LJMU usually accept people who miss out on their grades even if they are put down as an insurance. eg. Offered ABB but get BBC.

Hello,

Congratulations on your offer! Do not put yourself down, have faith in yourself! I am sure you will get your grades and do amazingly 🙂
On the chance you do not meet your grades, here is a statement on this, as approved by Head of Admissions: If you don’t meet your offer requirements, we will carefully review your application and we may still be able to accept you onto your chosen course. If that's not possible, we will see if we can make you an offer for an alternative relevant course.
I hope this makes you feel better about your grades, please try not to worry and be confident!

Good luck

If you don’t get in, do a foundation year at a uni that lets you progress onto first year pharmacy once you’ve passed. That’s what I did and I’ve just gotten into first year pharmacy at Ljmu ( my results day was a couple days ago) I got EEC in a level chem bio and psych and I did my foundation year at Uclan but sadly, they’ve stopped the foundation year that lets you progress onto pharmacy :/
