RAF pilot OASC. what to do next?

Good Morning,

I recently attended OASC and failed. My feedback was pretty bad, however, I'm determined to improve from this feedback. My thinking is to try an internship to get some life experience (since I left school and applied immediately, I was told in the interview that I had only really been at school). Does anyone have any advice on any internships that would aid my application to be a pilot and be able to redo OASC and pass? Or even any advice in general on what I can do to give myself the best chance. I appreciate any help you can provide.
Why do you think an internship would help as opposed to just getting a job? There aren't any in particular that would be an advantage to an application to the mliitary.

What extracurriculars and hobbies have you had/do you have? You can gain relevant skills from volunteering, mentoring (especially uniformed organisations like Scout/Cadets), involvement in sports, organising events, positions on committees, and these can be done alongside work.

I don’t know what job I could get that doesn’t require any past experience. My current job is also shift work, working until 10 some nights, and it does not cater for being able to do much extra curricular activities. I currently go to the gym when I have time but I don’t have any routine. Would an apprenticeship be a good choice? I really just need something that I can have set shifts, and be able to focus on extracurricular activities like you said that would give relevant skills. TIA.
