social situations

Hi im wondering if you could answer some questions for me please, thank you in advance

If someone's hands started shaking a little bit when you were with them what would you think? Would this impact on you wanting to be friends/ be around this person?

If someone was shaking a little bit and maybe looked a bit sweaty how would you respond?

If the person was anxious how likely would it be that you'd want to support them?

It is NOT wholly unusual for some people to get anxious (social anxiety) in certain situations, and I speak from my own personal experience of suffering from it for long time. I wish oh wish that I had the advice that I give now. I would find a good therapist (hypno therapy combined with other therapy from same therapist) would be well worth doing. Really, meet the problem HEAD ON, do not work around it, and avoid the situations, meet it head on and get rid of the anxiety. For friends , it is best if they stay close to you at the "event" causing the anxiety and comfort the sufferer as much as possible, include them in conversation etc. If you need to know good therapist let me know as I found one. AND Yes I would want to support anyone I knew was suffering anxiety and Genuine friends will also want to.
