"Bought without paying" is a really interesting way of saying "stole".

I suspect they will have your picture on the wall so if you go in there again security will follow you around to ensure you don't steal again. They may well distribute it to other local businesses for that same purpose.

If they didn't call the police at the time it's probably unlikely they'll be filing charges against you after the fact although I've no idea if that's still possible.

Perhaps try "buying with paying", also known as just "buying", next time you are in any shop.
