Additional year

Hi , I have been withdraw from the university for law attendance. During my 3rd semester, I have been dealing with my mental health and I was struggling getting up from bed and leaving the house, so this resulted in the situation I am . During that time I have contacted my GP and I was prescribed some pills for depression, but I was never actually diagnosed as I don’t find the energy to deal with this . I spoke multiple times with the module leader and I was assured that I don’t have nothing to worry etc, but they still withdrew me from the course . When I received the letter for dismissal I didn’t read properly that i have 5 days to appeal and I have done it after 2 months , but they rejected my appeal . Now i am curious if I have a letter from SFE saying I have to pay back overpayment and I agreed with them to pay 10£ a month if I will be eligible for one more year to recover the year I messed up . Can anybody give me advice what is the best course of action ?

Hi Aleksa. Do you have any other previous study other than the course you are doing and withdrawing from? Have you repeat any years or studied any other course? Thanks, David
