I haven't eaten in 4 hours

I haven’t eaten in 4 hours and I’m so hungry. I currently live with my family, and we usually all take it in turns to make food for each other. When I’m busy upstairs studying, a relative would text or call to let me know the food is ready when I’m ready. Although, I have been upstairs today, partly studying and watching Tv, I haven’t received any message from anyone. Am I to assume that everyone has sorted themselves out for dinner or do I impose? It’s almost 9pm, and I’m in pyjamas, anticipating a walk to Tesco to get a ready meal, but don’t want to embark the journey if my family have already started making the food or the food is almost ready? Or am I being delusional? Help! What do I do.
