Is a Pharmacology MSc at a brick uni possible after studying biomed at OU?

I’m trying to figure out if this is possible for me or if I’m just dreaming too big. Ideally I would want a degree accredited by the IBMS, or simply complete a pharmacology degree. However, I do not have a science A level worth mentioning, so I would like to go the open university route even though the degree is (currently) unaccredited.

Could I complete an undergrad biomed degree, obtain a good grade, apply to do a masters in pharmacology at a brick uni, and let this be my route into the pharmaceutical industry? Is there a better way of going about this - possibly just completing a biology A level and applying to study pharmacology next year full time at a brick uni?

I’m 25 and have wasted a few years struggling with medical problems etc and I’m keen to get my career started. I would prefer not to study for 3 years at a brick uni, as I would like to work alongside my studies.

Thank you for all your advice.
