Edexcel Igcse Past Paper question(Mathematical guys)

Regarding the 2022 summer past paper I happen to find myself contemplating on question number 7 and I am not sure how to deduce the radius of the cylindrical shape's circle. I found the area of the cylinder is equal to 360/7 but am unable to progress as I get stuck during the subjection of "r". The total surface area of a cylinder is "area=2πr²+2πrh", where h=18. Need help guys, tysm

I can't seem to find the question in the 2022 past papers, do you mind sending a screenshot or exactly which past paper it was (+ which exam board) and I'll reply back with a worked method.
