Should I pay International or home fees

Hi
I have lived in Uk as a depend for last 3 years this September I am going to uni but I have no PR IN UK so does that mean I have to pay International fees and what about wales

I believe if you have lived in the UK (I hope you did legally) for at least 3 years, you would be eligible for domestic fees (and I believe you'd be able to take out a student loan). However, this will be subject to the following conditions:

You must have lived in the UK for 3 FULL years before the first day of your degree course.

You must have a permanent right to live in the UK.


So for your circumstances, you'll have to pay international fees as you do not have the permanent right to live in the UK.

The same is most likely applicable to Wales as it is classified as part of the UK.

Thank you yes I have lived here for full three years and have lived here legally I was brought here as a dependent by my mom I have done my GCSEs and is currently doing my a levels

Does your mother have permanent right to live in the UK? If she does then you may be able to get domestic fees as you are her dependent.
