How many marks does Case naming make up? AQA A-Level Law

Im not certain ill remember like 90% of all of these by name, but i know the precedents. What impact would it take if i forget a case name and instead have to write "In a case the precedent is set" or something like that?

It will have some impact as it’s only partial knowledge, but even better than just saying “in a case” if you can remember what happens in the case and write down briefly what happened, my teacher told me they can still give you credit for that

thats nice, its never going to be intentionally forgotted but if youre also doing law you know how many cases their are. Im just a bit nervous for when it gets to the actually exam and everything goes out the window.
