Delivery of DSA Equipment

My DSA has been approved along with all of the support and equipment that the assessor recommend. Does anyone know how long it takes Study Tech to deliver equipment that is fairly standard with no upgrades. I have had laptop peripherals approved such as an ergonomic mouse, keyboard, headset, and laptop raiser along with a roller bag for my laptop and a few other sorted items. What is the delivery timeline and how long does it take them to instal software on my laptop?

Hi, it can vary depending on how busy they are. If you don't hear back within 5 working days I would send them a follow up email.

They have confirmed the order. I’m curious as to how long it takes them to ship out stuff and for it to arrive.

Hey its been a while since you posted this and i was just wondering how long after the confirmation email did you get the delivery email or get it delivered etc? It's just I live in a rough student accom and i'm scared I won't know when it is coming or here and someone will steal it lol

It took around 6 weeks to get everything delivered. They will send you an email with a tracking number and the delivery company sent out a date and rough time as to when it would be delivered.
