Psychosis 2023 emptiness

Hello! Since my psychosis in October 2023, I have felt empty in my head, my emotions flattened, joyless, and listless. I isolate myself very much and can no longer have conversations. My creativity is also completely gone. does anyone know these symptoms?

Nomally people will associate things like hallucinations, delusions and bizarre speech with psychosis, but these are only the 'positive' symptoms. Disorders such as schizophrenia can also include 'negative' symptoms, such as flat affect (lack of expression), social withdrawal, lack of motivation and a lack of verbal fluency (alogia).
