Delayed responses after the EAC about acceptance or rejection.
•
Sent out emails stating people had been accepted then followed up with a second email saying it was all a mistake.
•
Once you had been accepted (if fortunate enough) it took forever to be assigned a department.
•
Even then, once assigned the onboarding was terrible and vary vague about start dates so don't submit your resignation at your current workplace until concretely certain of a start date (Could be end of August, could be November, or anything in between).

The whole admin side of from what I have read was poor.
•
The marking of the EAC is incredibly inconsistent (so with high marks were rejected and lesser marks then got thorough).
The whole thing seemed very messy...
