2024 A-Level Grade Boundaries

I know there's no point speculating bc it depends on how the cohort does, but do we think A-Level grade boundaries will be higher or lower than those in 2023?? Some of these 2023 grade boundaries are just extortionately high and I get they're trying to return grade boundaries to pre-pandemic levels but idk how they can justify the scale they've done it at with 2023 grade boundaries being SIGNIFICANTLY higher than 2019. if they raise them again im done for ibr

The grade boundaries are set after papers are marked - all we know is the proportion of top grades wil be similar to those awarded in 2019.

I think it will be worse. Because they want to return to 2019 and even though 23 was low it was still higher than 19. So to return closer it 19 they’ll need to bring it up even more. Expect the worse. At best it will be the same as 23
