I would like to announce: I think I'm going to fail computer science. I don't get how I am supposed to know what to do for skeleton program and the kind of questions for it. It's not like I could go to past papers to practice either

Maybe there’s YouTube videos on the topic.

I think there are but the ones I've seen hasn't been too useful, but there's also the element where I don't know how I am supposed to revise for computer science anymore for Paper 1

I see, I didn’t do CS so I can really help in this context, hopefully someone else can.

There’s a YouTuber called Johnathan Dorman and he does a nice job of going over some important stuff on the skeleton program. If u can find his channel the algorithm should help guide you to other such useful channels. Also if u have access to the zigzag resources that would be amazing as they cover revision and questions on both the theory and programming side of the skeleton program. As for the rest of the course you can find past papers online to revise from

My bad I meant Johnathan Dittman not Dorman

A lot of support is available over youtube and various other sources, Wiki, Zigzag etc. Last year, we had a group session here, discussions about the skeleton code, understanding it, group study. Individual support worked very well for the few who joined.

Is there a group for 2024 cs a level student for discussion? I have no idea how can I fully prepare for the skeleton code even I done some questions on wikibook. Is there any question they always ask about the skeleton code. I’m not quite good at coding, wanna practice more but haven’t got many resources for this exam board:frown:
What did everyone do for their project and what mark/grade did you guys get?

Also all the best of luck, its not going to be easy but I'm sure we will all manage in the end. For the skeleton code having a great teacher is a bonus. Zigzag paid resources are also great but I'm sure there are alternatives on YouTube.

FOR SKELETON CODE:https://www.youtube.com/@compsci_/videos

FOR PAPER 1 AND 2 RESROUCES:https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/computer-science-revision/a-level-aqa/

For programming language make sure you at least know the basics:
