Importance of first-year grades when applying to a summer internship

On summer internship application forms, do they ask specifically for the grades you received in your first year or do they ask 'What is your predicted grade?'. I'm asking this because im worried about not getting a 2.1 in my first year but if the question just asks for a predicted grade and not first year results, can I just put 2.1?
