UCAS have a service called Extra which is designed for exactly this scenario. It allows you to make one extra choice (in addition to the original five). If that doesn't result in an offer, then you get another extra choice, and another, and another.

As above. You also need to consider why 5 universities rejected you before applying to a sixth.
