I got an offer for online studies while I applied for offline studies

Concerning this issue, I applied for an MBA. After waiting for over two weeks, I finally got my offer letter and I was shocked to see it was for online studies then I called the admissions and enquiries office and I was told the course wasn't even taught on Coventry campus but Portland. I was advised to switch to a familiar course and send them an email regarding my switch. I have done this but I'm concerned because it takes a while before Coventry responds to emails and I am still, for the most part, confused on this issue.

Just to double check, did you inform the recruitment and admissions team and did you by any chance give them a call as the process would be a lot faster?

Hi! I sent an email on Wednesday to recruitment and admissions office after calling them directly. I was advised by the agent that I spoke to, to send an email to them explaining the situation and requesting for a switch. I hope there would be a quick reply to this issue and it won't affect my admission. That's really all I'm worried about.
