We can’t find your application right now

I can’t get past this message on the site. I have now managed to add my national insurance number, then had something has gone wrong message appear! Please help

If you can call us on 0300 100 0607 or start a live chat through your online account we will be able to report this as an online defect for you. However, in the meantime you will need to send us a paper application as there is not set timescale for when system errors will be resolved.
