How long does it take to change my Uni choice on student finance

On student finance I put down what I thought my choosen uni was but I changed my mind, I have completed a Change of Circumstance form and Mailed to Student Finance 3 days ago. I was wondering When the change will happen as I want to submit my Student Finance application before the 15th of May.

What Academic Year was the Change of Circumstances for? Also, what Academic Year is the application for that you've still to submit?

Well I'm starting uni in September, ans the change on my student finance was only about the university change. This year is the application that I still need to submit

If you've not made your application yet then you can just put your new university on that?

I have made an application, just not submitted it. I am unable to change the university as I have already put a university down and I have changed my mine on the university, which is why I was wondering how long it would take to change it with a change of Circumstances form mailed to students finance

Hi,

We can't process the form unless we have an application to update. If you've not submitted the application then you can edit your university details then submit it.

That does not make sense. Due to I have been told I don't need to have submitted to change the university on my application by the student finance england site and my career team at my college.

Hi GoldenHeart,

You can still change the details on your application with a Change of Circumstances form if the application is at the data entry stage. It's not policy to email customers when changes have been applied to their application, the first place to check would be your online account for any updates.
