Eating and still being hungry

I’m for some reason eating and just not getting hungry and I’m scared that I’ll gain weight now. For example today, I’ve eating loads of protein, oats, fruits, veggies just do I’m not snacking on random stuff and sugar. What do I do?

I know that but I’m not the type to eat 24s but lately for the past month I’ve been eating like a farm yard animal especially craving sugar and in a way feel out of control. I enjoy healthy food and usually do eat healthy but lately I don’t even want to have a fruit I have to force myself to or remind myself to

23,168cm, 62kg, I go to the gym so I do stay fairly active. In the past I lost about 2 stones and kinda have this fear of gaining it back /:

It is not the amount of food, but the diet. It is more important what you are eating than how oftwn you train a week, if you intend not to gain weight.

I agree and I’ve lost weight before so that’s not my current problem thankfully

What is your current problem then, if you take care for your diet? the wrong training by any chance?
