For chemistry IGCSE edexcel Pearson I think as I did all past papers that it will definitely have a section of organic chemistry and also it will have one or two experiments like titration or crystalization try to understand most of the experiments and you'll do fine no need to panic

chem will defo have a salt-making 5 or 6 marker where u describe one of the three methods

ibr i think it's best if u just go thru everything
maths will probably have big qs on probability, quadratics and/or circle theorems
for physics i think some of the harder questions that could come up are describing terminal velocity in a situation and something about generators/electromagnetism
