Do I need a reference if my attendance was really bad in college?

I have PTSD and my symptoms were honestly the worst in college. My attendance was also really bad and my grades were all just passes, so who do I use as a reference for UCAS? I don’t think any of my teachers really knew me apart from one who got to know me for about 3 months when I started coming in more but 3 months isn’t enough to give a reference right?

All Universities will require a school/college reference - if there were any mitigating circumstances this needs to be mentioned in the reference. If you are worried about this, talk to your Head of Sixth Form or the person who organises UCAS applications at your school/college
