Due to personal circumstances I'm looking for somebody to replace my tenancy at a Unite Students accommodation next to Manchester Metropolitan University
The location is Rosamond House. It is a premium double en-suite room on the 3rd floor, within a flat of four rooms with a shared kitchen. It is £165 per week on a 44 week contract starting from September 2024.
