English literature remember quotes although you may get a section of the book or novel or play remember the elsewhere quotes it’ll boost your grades up showing your understanding of the subject. Put certain quotes with certain characters and the themes they come under.

English language past papers helped me. Highlight key points and quotes in the texts given to you. If the question tells you to read lines (blank - blank) and asks you to what extent do you agree with the student that wrote whatever statement they made. ALWAYS AGREE unless you have loads of quotes to back you up to disagree.

Just remember SCARS for question 5
Setting - set the scene
Characters - describe your characters to the audience
Action - create some sort of action that draws the reader in (use more eye-catching words; that’s what the examiner is looking for)
Reaction - this is the characters reaction to the action and the build up
Then,
Set the scene again.
