30 free hours eligibility for full time student

Hello , my child turns 3 this month and CCG won't help me with any nursery fees. Im wondering if I would be able to get the 30 free hours as my partner works full time (household income of around 18k) and I am a full time student doing an accelerated degree so don't work. Im struggling to find anywhere on the GOV website about full time students.

Please help!

Hi there,

Just to confirm, did you apply to us for the Childcare Grant? Were you told why you weren't entitled to it?

Thanks, Graeme

Hi , sorry since I wrote this I received an entitlement letter but for 1700 which won’t get very far so thought would be better off with the 30 free hours but don’t think I’m entitled to that. Thanks for checking

Hi Jason ,
I just wanted to ask , I’m not entitled to the 30 free hours but I am to the 15, can I use my CCG to pay for extra hours over my free hours if that makes sense as my child will be in nursery at least 3/4 days a week ?

Thanks
