dissertation - clinical audit - statistical tests?

audit on referrers adherence to the ottawa ankle rule… what statistical tests could I use? I’ve mainly just calculated percentages relating to compliance rates of different referrers.. as well as referrers compliance relating to the mechanism of injury
Data includes patient age/ gender / type of referrer / whether the ottawa ankle rule was followed / mechanism of injury / pathologies discovered.
