Park View UoM Accommodation

Is there anybody lives at park view. The rooms seems nice but i want to know about its surrounding and facilities inside. I am international student. There's not a lot Info about park view accommodation

Do any of you know the prices for the rooms, when you apply it says platinum and gold for some rooms and doesn’t say the price, also if you choose 5 accommodation, is there a way of the uni knowing which one u really want ?

On the Manchester website, press on the “42 weeks” that shows the real prices.
Btw in a video I saw of park view on YouTube. The room looked different

I think u should check the payment plan (u can download it in the accomodations website), there are list of the type of rooms with the price as well. U can pay the rent annually or in 3 time installment

The pics shown are of platinum rooms, gold doesn’t look like that. they’re all en-suite, flats have 4-6 people but in general the accom isn’t very social, no study area or communal area location is good. Also we had rats in kitchens during the year, but that happens in all accoms in Manchester . You can find pictures of the rooms on google and YouTube there is only like 4 flats which look like the pics advertised on the website so a good chance you won’t be in one . Hope this helps
