How to move past feeling like I'm not well and being more positive

Putting this one out here as been feeling a bit crappy lately.
I was that A grade student in school and in French I got an 8 and an A* at A level.
Moving to uni, my grades have been nowhere near good in French. I've been getting 2:2s a lot. I've asked where I'm going wrong and tried to learn from people who are doing a lot better.
I feel like French was a subject that I really liked and was also quite good at. Now, I'm starting to really hate it and just can't wait to never have to do it again.
Disclaimer: not trying to shout out my past achievements or say a 2:2 is bad

Thankyou for having the courage to open up, its hard putting immense pressure on yourself. im not at uni level yet, so it cant offer uni advice, but i will say that grades dont define you. as long as you work hard (and put in breaks for your mental health) you can acheive anything you want to! i know its hard but you will pull through. maybe talk to one of your professors for advice? i hope you achieve your dreams xx
