Hi has anyone got any tips for how to remember biological processes for gcse aqa? Eg nervous system, food tests ect
Try and link it to something that you can remember easily. For example for food tests
Biuret and Benedict’s both start with B and they are both initially blue
For a positive test, Benedict’s turns green, orange or brick red (ie traffic light colours!)
Sudan (II) is used for lipids and you add III/3 drops of it
Don’t worry about the very detailed specifics about food tests ie the volumes you need. The most important thing is the positive and negative test results
