Just curious - which in your experience are the fastest unis at applying with offers? :smile:

Exeter was first for me :smile:

I know people were getting offers pretty quickly from Manchester and Southampton too.

Royal Holloway gave me an offer within a week when I sent my UCAS off last year.

think it depends. Like i heard from sussex and Kingston 2days after i sent my application. But its cos i already have my A2 grades. But one of my friends whos still doing A2, hasnt heard from sussex.

From what i hear Manchester, however Aston was my fastest, 8 days i think :smile:

Manchester gave me an offer after three days!
and lots of my firneds got there offer from manc shortly after sending their app.

I think it depends on which course you applied for (applications tutors and number of applicants) and how much they want you. I got my first from Sheffield for Japanese about a month after sending my application. Then about 3 weeks later, I got offers from SOAS and Leeds in the same week :biggrin:

Manchester gave me an offer after 2 days!

Not heard anything else from any other unis though.... bit of an anti climax!

But I think it will vary from course to course...

my friend got an offer from Derby like 4 days after he sent his UCAS or something uber-quick like that, he actually got the offer a day before the confirmation Email lol.

It took ... about 8 days for me to get my first offer from Middlesex (Television Production) and I received a letter two days letter for an interview with Gloucestershire (but it doesn't say anything about it on track, obviously). I am expecting one more offer/interview this week, hopefully.

coventry were quiet fast. my m8 applyed on thrusday and got an offer on friday. wolverhampton were my fastest in 5 days or so. 2 of them were the weekend though

Sent my UCAS on 9th Oct, got an offer from Bath 14th Nov, sounds quite long but it's like 16 applicants per place so I thought they would hold off for a more applicants before making any decisions
