What is wrong w me

I am a student in school. I am in the highest team for cricket in my year, and this happened last season as well. Could someone please tell me if I’m just overreacting or if it’s something else?

Basically whenever I go to play cricket matches w my school against other schools I CANNOT focus. When I go into batting I get super shaky and my mind kind of freezes, I cannot focus on the ball.
Keep in mind that this did not happen two seasons before, as I know I am confident in my ability when I can focus. Before I could actually focus and everything was good.
I don’t know if this shaking and all is because of pressure, because when we had a tournament for cricket the same thing happened but it was with fielding as well. I was like a deer in the headlights as my reaction times were very slow and I zoned out.
Even when we’re in the nets just practicing I can’t focus, even tho the shaking is less. But sometimes against fast bowlers the same thing happens and I zone out

Do I have some sort of anxiety, or am I overreacting? Could someone please give me advice
It'd be worth visiting a Psychologist. They will really be able to get to the bottom of it, even if it's nothing, no harm right? It could just simply be because of the pressure as you said or it could be some form of attention deficit thing either... it's just better to go visit a professional than take chances

this has happened to me in the past. You should take a break from cricket for about a month and come back well-rested and fresh.
