Imperial MEng or Bath MEng with Automotive for hypercar industry in future?

Imperial College London Mech Eng course or Bath Uni Mech Eng with Automotive Eng course for someone who dreams of getting into hypercar engineering design job in future? I have an offer from both.
I'd say Bath would be better. I had an offer for the exact same course but rejected it to go for Motorsport at Brookes

Imperial's Formula Student Team isn't great by any means, they don't even take part half of the time. Bath meanwhile has one of the best teams. From what I know, having experience working in Formula Student helps a lot. Bath also have really great industrial placements btw

It also comes down to how you prefer to study. The Bath course will be a great mix of theory and practical stuff. Meanwhile Imperial is heavily theoretical. If you develop the right skillset, it won't matter, both have great reputation. With Bath, you'll have a lot of Automotive stuff on the course but with Imperial, you're going to have to look outside a lot since there's no car related stuff on their course

Thanks for the response, I’ve heard that Bath has great industrial placements before. Do you why? I was told that Bath really helps the students to get the placements and encourages students, but are the placements overall higher quality than others like from imperial?

Hey
Sorry for the late reply, haven't been active on here lately. I'm not sure why it is so but Bath has really great placements and would be the better choice over Imperial imo. I once read somewhere that Oxbridge and Imperial aren't for engineering, they are purely theoretical. This is rather true actually
