yes, at least in the case of my brother, who is pretty much these measurements and he weighs a lot less than me.

yeah, 12 year old boys tend to be quite small, still children. I am an 18 year old girl and I am 70ish kg which is around 11 stone 6lbs. I would say I am a little heavier than other girls my age, but with such a wide age range, I would say I have a pretty average weight
