Typically any exams taken as re-sits will be capped at the pass mark -- which would be 40% for programmes at bachelor's degree level.
Assuming "UOB" is Birmingham (there are eight different "UOB"s) then it would be capped at 40% -- see section 5.6.1 of https://intranet.birmingham.ac.uk/as/registry/legislation/documents/public/cohort-legislation-2021-22/cop-taught-prog-assessment-21-22.pdf (I assume that if you're in your final year now, that this is the version of the rules that applies to you).
